I've never set foot in there and seen it dead. They don't say much running hounds on hogs, just don't bring any bulldogs in there. I'd love to see that place dead.

Tell me what a hog dog looks like?

The FWC use to post "no square-headed dogs over XX inches to the shoulder" in the WMA areas they didn't want catch dogs (hog dogs) in. I just use to think this was a weird rule and my FIL told me that's how they kept alot of the hog doggers outta there. I have no idea if this is correct or not..

All I know is they're piling them up out there. Nothing has changed, just run hounds on them.I think the fwc wants to get rid of hound hunting all together actually. Most places only let you run beagles now.

I agree. Hunting with hounds (especially for deer) will be a fond memory in Fl in a relatively short time to come. I for one, will do it as long as I can and enjoy every minute until it's over. Private land will be a stronghold for dogging and I believe the surrounding counties and leases will be the last to backdown.

All of us need to use our e-collars and tracking collars and keep our dogs off land they don't belong and we won't give them anymore complaints to even think about banning it. There's no reason in the world with advanced technology today for dogs to be on land they don't belong. Keep them on their feet and running fellas :toast
