Handmade by mahone sucks. They take your money, i guess buy drugs and if you don't keep calling you'll never get your stuff. It will take 30 days to get your stuff.
The only way i got my stuff was when i bashed them on facebook. Then they blocked me and sent my collars the next day, wrong tags and un punched holes in collars.
I double warned you man, sucks.

Hmm... I have been absent for a year or more I see! I ordered 5 collars from them several weeks ago and got them in a timely manner. Now I have also ordered dog supplies from conkeys and they are good as well. I have no problem with either place. I do have a problem with companies wanting $12 per collar locally when several years ago they were half that.
Here is the general consensus of folks I have talked to who dealt with them (and me now)....
-Place order online. Order gets processed and monies taken out of your account.
-No collars come in the mail in a timely manner.
-Call them to check on it, and they tell you "yes they have it and it will go out today. Promise."
-Several more days go by and no collars come in the mail
-Call them again and it's back stepping and making excuses.
-Still no collars come in the mail after several more days.
