SportDOG® Hound Hunter SD-3225 Or Tri-Tronics Trashbreaker G3 EXP ??
Both seem to match up pretty close.. Just wondering if anyone has used these systems. I have had some experience with tri tronics but i know nothing about the sportdog system. What do you think??
I have the classic 70 system so I am biased to Tritronics. They are dependable and it's been a good system. I heard Sportdog has a good system though. What's the price difference?
i use the sport dog 3225 , i had a sport dog 2500 before this one. never have used a tri tronic's but know dought they are top of the line.
i went with the sport dog to save a little money & have been real happy with it, the longest distance i have tried to shock has been 700 yrds & it worked fine.
if i had it all to do over i would still go with the sport dog to save money, they also have a limmited lifetime warranty now
The sportdog is around $100 cheaper then the tritronic trash breaker.
thanks hogs4hobby. The furthest you've ever shocked was 700 yards. Was that in a pretty open area or in the thick?
