I successfully succeeded in getting my bow completely out of tune today. Arrows were hitting the target almost sideways. Changed my pin sights around first off. I went from 5 pins down to 2. Then I needed to swap the brushes around on my hostage rest. That really threw it out of wack. I bout got it re-tuned and got 20 yards set again. Glad I did it now instead of the week before season starts

Was just at Gander in Lake Mary last night getting my bow back in tune. I think it's just luck of the draw with who you get behind the counter. I deal mostly with the guy that runs the archery section. He reinstalled my meta peep, served it in, timed the bow, and basically tuned it up for free. The only thing he didn't do was wax the string and cable. I even got to shoot for about an hour at no charge. The guy that runs that place is pretty spot on. And it's closer to home than BPS. Kinda pricey on some stuff and they may not be 100% knowledgeable on everything, but the archery mgr knows how to serve and tune a bow. And he's not opposed to listening when you do know what needs to be done.

GM does have a great sale going on right now. Some fella picked up a loaded Bear Charge for like $280 last night. Sight, rest, peep, quiver, and bow. Pretty good deal. They have a "Hurricane" bag target there right now on sale for like $44 w/tax. It's big, green, and heavy. Might be interested if I hadn't just spent 6 bills on my new lease.
