mainly 20 yards.. But after i get good at it i go for 30 and 40 thats it.
I'm not one to start an argument, so please don't take this question as being overly critical, but... How can you fail to see the difference between 1"accuracy and 3" accuracy. A lot of times, leaving 3" of play in your accuracy WILL result in a wounded or otherwise unrecovered animal. As bowhunters, we OWE it to the animals we hunt to be as accurate as possible.
My last 40 big game kills resulted in 1 lost and unrecovered animal; a big sow hog.
20 30 n 40 . I USE 20 YARD PIN FOR 10 YARD SHOTS JUST AIM A LITTLE LOW NOTHING BEYOND 45.
I guess it's just my bow, but I use the same pin from 10 yds on out to 35 yds, and I don't have to aim higher or lower. In fact, I've only got 2 pins set on my bow out of 4. Anything beyond 60 yards is gonna have to have thin skin, be deaf as a doorknob, and be stone still.
I practice to 25yds and never shoot at an animal over 20yds.
