I finally got my bow adjusted and fit so I can start practicing. When I bought the whole outfit from the guy, it came with several arrows, several Muzzy broadheads, bunch of field points, nocks, etc. Well, had to increase the draw length about 1.5" from where it was, and now some of the carbon arrows are a bit short for me, and was wondering if any of you guys could use them.

Four of them are Carbon Express Amped arrows and are just over 28", maybe 28 3/8" from shaft end to where the string sits in the nock.

Then I have one Redhead brand that's about 26 1/2" long.

These are fletched with nocks, just need a point or broadhead screwed in for use. I'll give them to someone who can use them, or if there's a archery organization to donate them to, let me know. If someone wants them they can either drive to Sarasota and meet me to get them, or pay the shipping/packaging cost.

My rest looks something like the one in the picture below. When I put one of these short arrows on with a field point and drew back, the field point came back onto the 2 prongs of the rest before I got to full draw.

I have a 28.5 draw and shoot a 26.5" arrow. I'll take the shorts.

That's an old tm hunter rest. You should put an overdraw on your bow and shoot even shorter arrows.

QAD Ultra Rest should buy you another 3/4 to 1" of arrow length. Whatever you do, DO NOT try to shoot the shorties. Remember that pic somebody posted a while back with the arrow thru the hand...
