I'm thinking about joining the Sarasota Archery Club. They have a range, with targets set every 20 yards and and some trails with 3D targets set up. Some of the targets are lit up at night. Plus they have an "indoor" range you can shoot in when weather is bad or too hot. First year membership is $115 and then it's like $65 a year after that. You agree to work at least 2 of the "work days" during the year, and have to attend a couple of meetings. Not too bad a deal for 20 acres of targets you can access any time and an indoor range. Members get a key to the gate and the "clubhouse". I stopped by a few nights ago to get more info, and they had a youth shoot going on. They had several longbows and recurves set up for the young'uns to shoot and win little prizes. Seemed like a bunch of friendly folks. Gonna try to get by there again this week and see more of the ranges, etc.
Sounds like fun. Is it by knights trail?
yeah, where is it at?
You see any hot single women there? They got beer?
hahaha
