Ever heard bout that high shot that hits no vital organs, and the deer runs for about 4 miles, and finally lives the shot??

Here is a cool cross section picture I just saw on another forum

2 seasons ago on opening day of bow, I made this exact shot on a doe at 6 yards. I saw her opening day of gun with a nice bald spot on each shoulder

nice info---- kinda makes the elevated yardage thing come into play. couple inches high or low.
