Can anyone tell me....I have been shooting Carbon Express CX300 arrows now for about two years. They were straight off the shelf with fletchings which look like 4 inch duravanes...I need to redo the fletchings and would like to start doing them myself so here are the questions.

Which vanes to use
Proper Vane length for optimum performance
which fletching jig for carbon arrows
adhesive
offset amount
anything else

I shoot a Matthews LX with 60 lbs, 30 inch draw and drop away rest, spitfire 100 grain expandables. I would like to duplicate the factory stuff if possible because they shoot pretty good. Any help will be greatly appreciated...

The Bitzenburger Fletcher (sp?) is the best you can buy. Cabela's and Redhead have a spin off version that is a bit cheaper. I have an Arizona fletcher and it is a piece of crap. I refletch practice arrows, not arrows I actually put in my quiver to hunt with. I bought a bulk pack of Blazer 2" vanes and that is what I refletch with. There is no better fletching, period. Starting this year I am going to start wrapping my arrows, then fletching on top of them
everyone I know uses this guy for the wraps
