Recently I was shooting my G5 striker broad head into my target, when I went to pull it out the broad head was gone. The head snapped right at the threads. They were in the arrow still, the rest of it is some were in my target. I emailed G5 to ask if this was something they would warranty, and got a response (yes). So I figured I'd receive my broad head in the mail. Well UPS just dropped off a whole package of new Strikers (3 pack) :clap Way to go above and beyond G5!!!!!! Another great company with great customer service.
