bowhunting stand height ?

I usually hunt 23-25 feet to seat height depending on where the most cover is joined a new club and am aloud 3 stands instead of 2 if I lower my lock ons to 18 -19 feet seat height ill have enough ladder to do the third stand should I do that or buy more ladder sorry that's so long just wanted to be clear guess the question is how high is ur bow stands thanks in advance for all responses

All depends on the terrain for me. Anywhere from ground blinds to 40' in my climber. Yes 40, Ive been higher than that too

Mine range from 16-20' and seem plenty high enough. Cover is more important to me than height. Anything over 20' and it seems to create a smaller margin of error when shooting for the vitals as the shot angle is increased. I'm going to try my luck from a ground blind stand this year also.

Ditto to hellbilly's comment. The tallest ladder stands are around 20 feet tall and deer get dead around them. Height isn't as important as cover, that's why ground blinds work too. I have really bad vertigo so I have to push myself to 25' in my climber. Once I'm set I tie branches to my stand and voila, tree-blind! I get away with a lot more movement that way.
