Arrow weight question

So, if I'm calculating right (or, I should say, if the site calculates right), I'm shooting 80.46 ft lbs with a 397.2 gr arrow at 302fps. Nice! Is there any way to figure what that kinetic energy comes out to at 40 yards?

Yeah, shoot a big azz pig at 40 yards and see if you get a pass through. :archer

So, it's a try and see kind of thing. Hmmm...anything better than that to go on? I'd really hate to wound something and not find it.

You have more KE then I do and I've had all pass throughs using a fixed blade Bh. Unless your using some huge cutting BH like a Rage you should be more then fine.
