they have great help they r trying to get back on track i heard some costmer service at some other are real bad want even call you back that way i went with barnett plus they are local
How about the arrows , could they have gotten bent.. that happened to mine.. i got some new arrows and they flew true
Alum or Carbon bolts? Have you spin checked em? If they wobble, you'll never get it to tune beyond 30yds.
