ok so raw meat.. in coller on ice for about 7 days. then wrap if and put in freezer.. it the hog stinks baking soda the first day on the ice.. will the baking soda hurt if th meat if it gets on the meat?

Ive never tried the bakeing soda, but Ive let them sit in pineapple juice for a week then tossem right on the grill

hog meat taste good.. i like it better then deer.
