This trust fund crap is delaying the heck out of my plans lawyer meeting after meeting,banks,sercurities blah blah blah........last lawyers meeting this coming friday to hopefully finish up then down to PCB I go!
I have been in communication over the past 2 weeks with land owner that has a No deed restriction lot for sale.The lot is just 2 miles from Pine Log State Forest,yes a place to hunt lol.Have the money for down payment and as long as lawyer issues go well and I look over lot and all goes well with that its back to the bank for the loan.Another great week in Indiana!
