WHen do you all start bass fishing..?

Pre spawn is on now. I am gonna start here pretty soon. As soon as I quit chasing animals around with a gun. I have lost access to one lake I fished. Ive only got one lake I can still get to

i got a good spot here with over 10 lb bass in it.. but for some reason they stopped biting for the past 5 months.. so ima get back to it asap.. come and fish my spot whenever.

I used to catch bass year round when I lived in Lakeland. Winter time just slow the retrieve down, use plastic worms, and have a good feel for when they pick up the worm. I haven't fished for bass in over 20 years, so it would probably take a while to get the feel back.

Most fun is topwater when the lakes start warming up and during the spawn. I used to have an old Hula Popper that never failed. I caught a lot, just never could get the big ones. Biggest is about 6 pounds.

Once I get my income tax back I'll get my boat on the water and be doing so bass fishing.
